Business Analyst (Medical Care sphere)

Our client is an American S&P 500 company headquartered in Burlington, North Carolina. It operates one of the largest clinical laboratory networks in the world, with a United States network of 36 primary laboratories.

This is an existing web-based application that the Science and Technology (S&T) team uses for calculating reference ranges for the company’s tests. Implementing changes would simplify the process of requesting and analyzing tests data as well as minimize amount of manual work and thus potentially user errors.

• 3+ year experience and expert knowledge in business analysis;
• Work as a multi-skilled professional practicing Agile/SCRUM methodologies;
• Experience with distributed teams;
• Strong knowledge of test-driven development, continuous integration and deployment;
• Intermediate English;
• Drug test/Background check is requested;

• Communicate with other development teams as well as stakeholders;
• Create User stories and additional documentation for non-functional, security, and hardware requirements;
