Business Analyst (Medical Quality Management)

What You'll Do
  • Take part in discovery sessions;
  • Facilitate estimation sessions;
  • Elicit the requirements;
  • Document the requirements;
  • Prepare supporting documentation (mockups, flowcharts, etc.);
  • Communicate the requirements to the teams;
  • Take part in identifying non-functional requirements;
  • Be the voice of PO for the teams;
  • Take some scrum-master activities;
  • Facilitate meetings as needed;
  • Review end-user documentation;
  • Perform demonstration of implemented functionality;
  • Perform other duties as assigned;
Job Requirements
  • Experience in business analysis 3+ years;
  • Advanced English (writing and speaking);
  • Experience in working on Agile projects;
  • Understanding of SDLC;
  • Experience in working on different phases of the project;
  • Proven record for problem resolution and successful completion of complex projects on time;
  • Experience creating content that conveys techniques, frameworks, and methodologies;
  • Ability to write clear, complete, and correct requirements;
  • Salesforce experience is a great plus;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to quickly learn the big amount of information;
