Our client is the fifth largest tax and audit consulting firm in the US. In recent years they have invested a considerable amount of money in technology — in 2020, their technology projects consumed approximately 30,000 engineering hours; in 2021, they plan to consume 90,000+. Among the projects is a modernization of their tech stack and architecture, with a shift to cloud and microservices. This project is with client’s Application group, which supports consulting services for client-facing work.
The Portal has as its key objective the creation of a single point of entry for clients to access their specific engagements, communicate with their partners, and share documents. The platform will streamline, simplify and standardize the experience for clients and employees to support efficient, digitized workflows that integrate current disparate systems and process centers.
