QA Automation Engineer (IoT sphere)

Our client is a global leader in access solutions and products. The company designs and engineers residential garage door openers, commercial door operators and gate entry systems.

Primary function is to develop a framework to automate performance testing of client’s product using JMeter.

• Performance Testing Strategy/Direction;
• Framework Architecture and Implementation;
• Working closely with DevOps Engineers and Developers to ensure MW performance meets and exceed expectations;

• 5 years of Quality Engineering Experience or equivalent;
• 2 years of Performance Testing Implementation using JMeter;
• Good knowledge of Java and Object-Oriented Programming;
• Good understanding of Quality Assurance and Performance Testing;
• Good understanding of Agile Software Development Process;
• Good verbal and written English;
• Understanding home automation technologies/IOT is not required but helpful;
• Ability to work well with global cross-functional teams, being flexible and open minded with assigned work are essential for this role;
