QA Automation Engineer (RPA sphere)

Project Description

You will be responsible for automation testing to cover most required areas with tests, incorporate into CI/CD process, maintain automatic run, investigate issues if run fails.

Job Requirements
  • Learn client’s business knowledge and be able to quickly contribute to the team;
  • Analyze new features in sprint user stories and determine the potential impact to performance;
  • Attend daily standups to report progress and blockers;
  • Work independently to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and escalate as needed;
  • Work closely with other QA team members to share and learn technical and business knowledge;
  • Advocate quality by adhering to QA best practices;
  • Keep current with new technologies and incorporate them into testing process as needed;
  • Perform after hours testing when field issues arise;
  • Conduct all business in accordance with Intradiem’s policies and procedures;
  • Ability to convert tests into automation coverage;
  • Experience in understanding and executing SQL queries;
  • Working knowledge of UNIX, LINUX, Jenkins;
  • Experience with Integration API testing via Rest and Soap services with JSON and XML;
  • Experience with QA tools, such as Quality Center, Qmetry, Jira, Confluence;
  • Experience with trace tools such as Fiddler, HTTPWatch, and AppDynamics;
  • Experience writing test cases and tracking defects;
  • Knowledgeable in Agile/Scrum SDLC methodology;
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills;
  • Must be able to adapt to changing requirements and priorities;
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated and a strong team player;
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Education and Experience Desired
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent work experience;
  • 3+ years of hands-on performance testing experience with Jmeter or other load tools and the ability to locate bottlenecks in performance;
