The project consists of web and desktop applications with integration to third-party services.
The development team is distributed between USA and Belarus. It consists of 2 teams:
After migration will be completed, two teams are going to be merged in one. The customer asks to increase the number of QA Engineers and release the developers from testing (developers currently help to test in the main team)
New QA engineers will be working on web and desktop testing, analyzing requirements, writing test cases and support Junior QA.
