The client has a vision for releasing a new, fully integrated, web based Data Management System to its users. The new platform will enable users to record and monitor student benchmark assessments and progress and provide more extensive reporting and analytics capabilities. In addition, the client has a vision for the future to incorporate platform into the Data Management System. The new platform must be designed in a way that allows for this as well as enhanced future functionality.

Project Description

The platform is a breakthrough program that is changing academic outcomes for thousands of students. With more than 1,500 tutors serving in eight states and Washington D.C.,  the project is helping more than 36,000 children each year become successful readers. It  combines the power of national service with literacy science to deliver proven approaches that help struggling learners transform into confident students – something that translates into all areas of their lives.


The client aims to build an application for tutors and coaches to manage students more efficient way using modern technologies. The solution is initially to be built for project, and then will be expanded and offered as a service to other client’s programs.

What You'll Do
  • Participate in migration of Reading Corps application from Angular JS to Angular 11;
  • Making technical review of required functionality;
  • Estimation of sprint stories/tasks;
  • Task implementation + unit/integration tests;
  • Bug fixing;
Job Requirements
  • 2+ years Angular development commercial experience;
  • Intermediate+ English level (written and spoken);
